I have over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Town Planner, with over 15 years in land acquisition, land promotion and in strategic land roles for three of the UK's leading housebuilders.

I founded Abbott Land & Planning to provide a personal, practical and proactive approach to land and planning consultancy. 

 

Developing strong relationships built on trust and combining extensive planning expertise with in-depth market knowledge, I help landowners, developers, and investors unlock development opportunities and maximise land value in an evolving planning and development landscape.
 

Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing sport, travelling and exploring new places with my family, with much of my free time now happily occupied by my young son.
